Shaggy Cooks is a small home food business in Wah Cantt, Pakistan. Customers place orders by messaging us on WhatsApp. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name, so we know who is ordering.
• The messages you send us (text, voice notes and locations), so we can take and deliver your order.
• Your orders and delivery address, so we can prepare and deliver your food and serve you faster next time.

How we use it

• To answer your messages and take, confirm and deliver your orders.
• To contact you on WhatsApp about your order (confirmation, readiness, delivery).

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing. An automated assistant may help draft our replies; your messages are processed for that purpose only.

How long we keep it

• Voice notes are deleted automatically after 6 months.
• Technical request logs are deleted automatically after 7 days.
• Your number, message history and orders are kept while you are a customer, so we can serve you again. Ask us to delete them and we will.

Message us on WhatsApp at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving messages.
